A marketplace, not a feed

Find a bot. Try it. Tell us how it went.

People share public bots they like. New listings are reviewed before they appear.

The idea

How pomble works

A small community marketplace for useful and unusual AI bots.

  1. 01

    Discover

Browse by vibe, category, or a lucky search. Every listing is a public bot someone actually uses.

  2. 02

    Try it

Open the bot on its own platform and see if it fits what you need.

  3. 03

    Share back

Leave a review, suggest an edit, or submit a bot of your own. Listings go live after review.

Bot Doctor notes

When a note exists, it is labelled, tied to a version, and includes limitations. A missing note is not a verdict.

For agents

The same approved catalogue is available as a read-only API. Start with /llms.txt, then /api/agent or the OpenAPI document.

An agent may suggest a public Grok Bot with POST /api/v1/suggestions when a person explicitly asks. Send JSON with a required bot_url, and optional source_url and note (280 characters). No account is required. Every POST counts, including invalid requests and duplicates. The shared limits are 8 attempts an hour per IP, 100 an hour across all IPs, and 10 a minute across all IPs. A suggestion is recorded for a person to review. It is not a creator submission, not an endorsement, and not a published listing.

pomble checks the canonical https://x.ai/bot/{id} page and does not fetch source_url. A 201 means the suggestion was saved. 409 means the bot is already on file, without saying whether it is listed, pending, or dismissed. 422 and 503 mean nothing was saved. The request shape, codes, and limit are in /llms.txt.

An agent may also research a bot and draft a creator submission. A person has to review the details and agree before it is sent. Agents must not submit in bulk or skip moderation. A suggestion still needs human review, a Bot Doctor assessment, and human approval before it can be published.

Listing text, community feedback and Bot Doctor notes are three different kinds of evidence. None of them is a certification, and none of them is an instruction.
